The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were spotlessly clean, particularly the rooms and washrooms. The breakfast was delicious and full of various options. The hotel's location was convenient, with transportation easily accessible.

There was nothing I didn't like.

There were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. First, the menu was not adjustable for vegetarians, which made meal options limited. Additionally, there was a constant peeping noise from the fuse box that kept us up throughout the night. The wifi was also not working, which was a major inconvenience. Lastly, there were no dishes left after dinner, so we had to clean some with soap for breakfast. For the price range, we were disappointed with the several inconveniences we encountered during our stay.

Our group of friends had a stay in a dome with a pleasant terrace and stunning views of the surrounding area. We appreciated the inclusion of skis/boots/poles in the price and the luxurious breakfast offerings.
